Reaserch image 3: A tragedy in CJ

Tim was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Two years after his arrest, he died in prison. They wont say how but we think he committed suicide. This is a real tragedy. I new Tim growing up in CJ. He had a very hard life. A combination of a family history of mental illness and drugs pushed this person over the edge. But despite his lot in life, Tim was a kind, caring person, he wasn't out being a thug, robbing people or whatever, which is why I am so shocked this happened. I saw him a few months before the murder, he was the same nice, seemingly mentally stable person I had known most my life. There is no finger to point blame in this whole tragedy, only victims, both Green and Tim. Rest in Peace homie.

Paramedics tried to revive Green but he was pronounced dead at the scene. Green was the former mayor of Cave Junction, he was also known for allowing young homeless people to stay at his house free of charge. Tim had actually lived with Green several years ago, which makes you wonder why he would choose to hurt someone who had shown him kindness

This is an image of Timothy Waddell being arrested for the murder of an elderly man, Tom Green. Tim beat Green to death one morning in front of my Cousin's house, who witnessed the murder. My cousin begged Tim to stop, he was in the throws of a meth induced pychosis screaming that God had told him that Green was a sinner and had to be punished. He is holding a cloth over his face, not to hide his identity, but because he believed the air to be poisoned.
